cl-local-time software package provides Common Lisp library for date and time manipulations, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-local-time
cl-local-time is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-local-time package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-local-time *
You will get with cl-local-time package name, version, architecture and description in a table
